Where do you ship from?

We work very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to source and curates the most unique products on the market at the best prices for you. We travel the world and meet trusted suppliers to put together a collection of fun and trending product, this way, you don't have to drive around to retail shops, search thousands of different websites to price compare and get ideas...think of us as a one-stop shop destination for the most popular products. 

Do you provide order tracking information?

Yes, all our deliveries are sent by tracked parcel. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. If you still have not received your number after 72 hours, please contact us by email at contact@petrashop-family.com so that we can send it to you.


Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.


I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to contact@bestycap.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.


I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. If after 45 working days you still haven't received your order please contact our customer service at contact@bestycap.com.

 

Can I cancel my order ?

You can cancel your order until 2 hours after the purchase. 



Do you have a refund policy?


We do our best to resolve any problems that our customers may have with their items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding discounted products). For more information, please see our refund policy.
